What’s your story?
I grew up in a small town where my life revolved around community and playing football. I went to college at Washington University in St. Louis where I studied math then immediately went to Emory University for a Master of Divinity degree. The decision to go to seminary was prompted by feeling called and procrastinating on getting a real job. After serving for four years as an associate pastor in Webster Groves, I wanted to start a new church in the city that was compelling for new generations of people, particularly those who have given up on the idea of church. I am married to an amazing woman, Jessica (11 years) and have three children, Caleb, Carly and George.
