What’s your story?
I was born right here in St. Louis, but grew up in Arlington, Texas. Went to college at Greenville College, a liberal arts school in Greenville, IL. Majored in sociology and minored in business. After some time working at the Methodist Children’s Home in Waco, TX, I began working at The Gathering in the summer of 2007. I very much enjoy being a part of this growing and developing community.
Who are the people in your life?
My family, though they are scattered across the country, and my wonderful friends both here in St. Louis and many places elsewhere.
Favorite local hangout?
So many to choose from! But I always enjoy being at the Botanical Gardens.
Favorite thing about St. Louis?
No place else has the Arch!
Favorite thing about The Gathering?
The community’s openness and acceptance of all kinds of people at all stages of faith.
First thing you noticed about The Gathering?
The flexibility to adapt and try new things.
