Giving
opens up our hearts and hands to serve Christ and our community in new ways. Regular giving of our money, our resources and our time helps us to recognize that our love is meant to be a gift to others and not a treasure that we hoard for ourselves.
Regular, generous giving to God through the church is just one way that we can continue to grow – both deeper in our faith, and broader in our outreach toward others in the city. The Bible teaches that tithing (giving the first ten percent of our income) creates yet another way for God to work through us.
