Nurturing our children through faith development and formation is one of the most important responsibilities we have as a church.  We take great care in how we teach our children, using age-appropriate and fun methods to help them worship God and learn the stories of the scripture.

Our Tykes’ and Kids’ Ministries run simultaneously with the 9:00 worship. This will change on September 21 when we expand to run during BOTH worship times. All children 3 years to 5th grade will be learning the stories of the bible through the Seasons of the Spirit curriculum. The Tykes’ room for 3 years to Pre-K is located upstairs next to the office. The Kids’ room for K-5th grade is located downstairs down the bright orange hallway.

Whether your child is a “Tyke” or a “Kid”, we ask that you bring them to the Children’s Ministry Check-In area, located in the back foyer on the main level.

We understand that some families prefer to worship together, so children of all ages are always welcome to stay through worship and participate in communion. Kids' packs will be available for kids who come to worship.

NOTE TO PARENTS:  Please keep in mind the dates we are doing YOGA this summer so your children can dress comfortably…July 20, Aug 3, Aug 17, Aug 31.

Saturday, September 20 – Join us for a family friendly community event featuring an ice cream social and entertainer Andy Offutt Irwin at 4:00 pm.  Everyone is invited.  This is a great event for inviting friends with kids to experience our Kids' Ministry.

Sunday, September 28 – Our Kids Ministry expands to both worship services.  Children ages 3 years old -5th grade can experience a ministry time geared just for them.
