Right now, leaders are carrying a lot. But what if there is a new story being written for the church?

Right now, the narrative surrounding the church can be rather overwhelming for leaders.

Data tells a story of overall decline in attendance and participation. The pandemic challenged our understanding of what it means to be the gathered church. The great resignation left churches under-resourced at a pivotal time. Younger generations are deconstructing their faith and claiming a new understanding of Christianity. And, divisions within denominations leave many fearful and uncertain about the future.

What if there was a movement of leadership within the church that was able to look past all the hardships and challenges of today?

What if pastors, staff and volunteer leaders from across the country came together to champion a new day filled with energy, purpose and hope. And what if we replaced burnout, despair and uncertainty with conversations of revival, innovation and passion, in pursuit of a new strategy that is both deeply evangelical and unapologetically inclusive?

Together, we can choose to look BEYOND right now, to a future where the Church is reclaiming and renewing its origins as a vibrant and compelling community of faith that is truly for all people.

BEYOND this time. BEYOND ourselves. And BEYOND Sunday morning.
