Someone Rose From The Dead…Now What?

Christ is risen.

He is risen indeed.

If you were with us this weekend for EasterSTL downtown at Peabody Opera House you know what a great time we had celebrating the resurrection!

As much fun as Sunday was, we know that after a big event like Easter a lot of us find ourselves asking “…now what?” So, we wanted to offer three tangible things you can do to help make this Easter the start of something new in your life.

1. Register for Next

If Easter was your first time worshipping with us, or if you simply haven’t done it before, we want to invite you to Next.

Next is the best step you can take toward getting connected at The Gathering. It is a one hour meet-up to hear key leadership talk about where we’ve been, where we are going and why you already belong.

Next will take place on Monday, April 30 at 7:00 pm at Four Hands Brewery, and we hope to see you there!

2. Serve at The Gathering

Have you ever wondered if your story matters, if your life has a bigger purpose, if you can actually make a difference in this world? Our answer at The Gathering is absolutely, yes!

One way you can begin to make a difference is through serving. Every weekend across our sites we have opportunities for service in kids ministry to audio and visuals, and everything in between.

If you’re ready to take a step in faith through serving fill out this form, and someone from our team will reach out and share details with you so can explore service opportunities.

3. Come back to worship

This weekend we are kicking off some new things we are really excited about!

First, we are launching a new sermon series called ‘Holy Shift.’ We all go through life with intentions, plans, hopes, and dreams. Then what we think we want falls apart. The time when everything changes is also the time when God starts putting together even better plans.

Check out the series video below, and consider bringing someone with you this weekend.

Second, we are launching a new worship service! Sunday Nights at Clayton begin this Sunday at 5:00 pm at our Clayton site. Join us for inspiration, thought-provoking teaching, and a time to spiritually re-charge for the week ahead! We’ll finish off each Sunday Night with intentional time to connect with each other while enjoying food from restaurants in our neighborhood. You can get all the details, RSVP, and share the event on Facebook.
